PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL: ATTORNEY-CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
Customs ("CBP") last night issued the Cargo Systems Messaging Service ("CSMS") Guidance on how to report the new tariffs that went into effect at 12:01 this morning, Saturday, April 5th.
As CBP notes therein, CBP will issue separate guidance for the reciprocal tariffs that go into effect for countries listed in the Annex I to the President's Executive Order at 12:01 am this coming Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
